Job Context

E-Zone HRM Limited is recruiting dynamic and motivated candidates for the position of “Business Development Officer, RMG & Merchant Business” for UPAY, a leading mobile financial service provider in Bangladesh. The selected candidates will be worked under E-Zone contract.


Job Responsibilities

·         Onboard employees by opening accounts, completing KYC, activating wallets, and providing training on Upay services.

·         Support monthly salary disbursement by validating payroll files, ensuring timely payments, and resolving payroll-related issues.

·         Handle employee, merchant, and Super-Agent queries and complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

·         Expand and manage the Upay ecosystem by onboarding merchants and Super-Agents, deploying QR/POS materials, and supporting agent liquidity and transaction growth.

·         Build strong relationships with agents, merchants, and Super-Agents through regular engagement, training, and timely issue resolution while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

·        Prepare daily and monthly reports, maintain accurate records, monitor business performance, and identify business opportunities and operational risks.


Compensation and Other Benefits

Salary: BDT 25,000 + Commission

Special Instructions

Year of Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Payroll Business, MFS, Banking Operations & Relationship Management

 

Other Requirements:

· Knowledge: Basic labor and factory environment understanding

· Skills: Relationship management, Communication and negotiation, Problem-solving, Customer service, Data reporting & Microsoft Office applications

· Abilities: Work independently in industrial zones, handle multiple factory relationships, resolve issues under pressure, coordinate across multiple stakeholders & Travel extensively within assigned territory
