Job Context

E-Zone HRM is hiring on behalf of Upay for a role focused on managing RMG salary disbursement operations. The incumbent will support client acquisition, onboarding, employee wallet activation, payroll execution, customer service, and relationship management with factory stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient salary payment experience for RMG employees.


Job Responsibilities

Employee Onboarding & Activation

·        Conduct employee account opening campaigns.

·        Facilitate KYC collection and verification.

·        Ensure wallet activation and PIN setup.

·        Educate employees on upay services and usage.

 

Disbursement Support

·        Coordinate monthly salary file collection and validation.

·        Support salary upload and disbursement processes.

·        Resolve payroll-related issues promptly.

·        Monitor salary disbursement success rates.

·        Customer Service & Issue Resolution

·        Handle employee complaints and service requests.

·        Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

·        Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Agent & Ecosystem Management

·        Ensure sufficient cash-out liquidity around factory locations.

·        Coordinate with agents and distributors.

·        Monitor agent performance during salary periods.

·        Support merchant and ecosystem development around factories.

Reporting

·        Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.

·        Track employee activation, payroll volume, and wallet usage.

·        Report business opportunities and risks.

Year of Experience         

1–2 years of experience in: Corporate Sales, Payroll Business, MFS, Banking Operations, Relationship Management

 

Educational Requirements         

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities      

·        Knowledge: Basic labor and factory environment understanding

·        Skills: Relationship management, Communication and negotiation, Problem-solving, Customer service, Data reporting, Microsoft Office applications

·        Abilities: Work independently in industrial zones, handle multiple factory relationships, resolve issues under pressure, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, Travel extensively within assigned territory

Compensation and Other Benefits

Salary : 18k to 20k + Incentives
