E-Zone HRM Limited is recruiting a Field Verification & Onboarding Executive (Third-Party Contractual) on behalf of UPAY.The Field Verification & Onboarding Executive will be responsible for bridging the gap between the organization and its field network. The resource will utilize an internal contact list to collect necessary credential details for endorsement purposes and conduct regular field visits to Upay dealers and distributors to ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth operational alignment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Endorsement Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned list to collect credential details.
- Ensure all collected credential data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted for endorsement purposes.
- Maintain a secure and organized database of all collected credentials and endorsement statuses.
2. Field Visits & Distributor Engagement
- Conduct regular on-site visits to various dealers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Verify dealer/distributor physical presence, operational status, and compliance with company standards.
- Strengthen coordination between distributor houses, Territory Managers, and the Corporate Sales Team through active field presence.
3. KYC Compliance & Risk Management
- Complete and verify agent/distributor onboarding and KYC documentation accurately during field visits.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Actively identify, prevent, and report any fraudulent activities, fake onboardings, or documentation discrepancies in the field.
4. Reporting & Operations
- Provide basic guidance or refreshers to dealers/distributors regarding digital financial services and operational standards when necessary.
- Submit detailed daily performance reports, field activity updates, and verification logs to management.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Degree: Graduation completed or currently an Under-grad student from a reputable institution.
Experience
- Year of Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field-based roles.
- Specific Industry Experience: Prior experience in Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Telecom, FMCG, or Card Sales/Verification is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal organizational contacts and external dealers.
- Technical Skills: Basic reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for daily data management and reporting.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territories to visit dealers and distributors.
- Attention to Detail: High level of integrity and accuracy for handling credential verification and KYC compliance.
Compensation and Other Benefits
Salary : Basic : 18k to 20k+ incentive .
