Job Context

E-Zone HRM is seeking qualified candidates for the role of “Merchant Support Executive” for a leading Private Commercial Bank under E-Zone payroll.


Job Responsibilities

  • Sign-up new merchants, Set-up POS terminals and QR Code Sticker at merchant’s point and provide training to new & existing merchants.
  • Maintain strong business relationship with existing Merchants in respective zone through support service for increasing merchant base and business growth.
  • Visit existing merchant regularly to demonstrate required training and provide guidance on card acceptance and benefits (including MSS Portal, Pay flex and Swipe Load) and service facilities.
  • Ensure smooth acceptance of card at the merchant points in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor merchant performance to reduce inactive merchant base and ensure that fraud risk is minimum and all compliance factors (e.g. Merchant KYC and TP) are done properly.
  • Ensure that all merchant queries are effectively handled.
  • Actively involved in promotions and campaigns with merchants / partners to ensure maximum on-us card transactions which will support to increase growth of on-us card business.
  • To arrange joint marketing activities with merchants / partners to ensure business growth of Bank’s card business.
  • Visit existing merchants regularly to ensure high business volume and to reduce inactive merchants as well as POS terminals.

Compensation and Other Benefits

Salary: BDT. 26,000 + Commission
