Job Context

We are looking for qualified candidates to work as "Call Center Executive" for a renowned private commercial bank under E-Zone Contract.


Job Responsibilities

Provide exemplary customer service over the phone

Handle callers' queries, complaints, and requests through inbound and/or outbound calls

Maintain a high standard of call quality as per departmental/organizational requirements

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Execute any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor/higher authority

Follow up on customer calls when necessary

Support the sales team by generating quality sales leads

Maintain a good or above rating in the performance scorecard

Salary: BDT. 24,000 (Fixed)
