Job Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, offering viable solutions.
• Maintain and update the call center database with accurate information.
• Assist clients with questions about various products and services, aiming to resolve any issues.
• Engage potential customers by providing detailed information on products and services.
Compensation and Other Benefits
• Salary Range: BDT 18,000/- to 20,000/-
• Salary Increment: Annually
• Festival Bonus: Two (2) per year (Subject to eligibility)
• Festival Holiday Work Compensation: Three (3) times the daily salary for each day worked
• Government Holiday Work Compensation: BDT 2,000 for each day worked
