Acquisition Executive, Merchant Payments

E-Zone HRM Limited is inviting applications on behalf of one of Bangladesh’s largest and most respected Microfinance Institutions for the position of Acquisition Executive, Merchant Payments . This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals to drive merchant acquisition, digital payment adoption, and business growth across the country.As an Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the client’s merchant network by identifying and onboarding new brands, stand-alone outlets, and educational institutions onto their digital payment platform. You will collaborate with internal teams to implement business initiatives, ensure maximum brand visibility, and provide training to merchants as required.

·        Drive merchant acquisition by identifying and onboarding new brands and stand-alone outlets.

·        Identify educational institutions (Schools, Colleges, Coaching Centers) to onboard on digital payment environment

·        Identify scope of business initiatives with clients, plan and execute according to roadmap.

·        Ensure maximum POSM and brand visibility at outlets.

·        Cross sell and up-sale of products and solutions.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with KCP and KDM.

·        Ensure training as and when required through collaboration with relevant teams.

·        Identify and execute strategic and tactical channel and customer campaigns.

·        Solve reporting and reconciliation issues as and when required.

·        Identify and deploy new integration & device management scopes.

Who Can Apply:

• Fresh graduates from  Bachelor of Business Administration . (Minimum CGPA 3.00)

•  Salary: BDT 40,000/month
• Incentives: Up to BDT 20,000/month based on performance
