Management Trainee Officer for AB Bank PLC

For one of the leading First-Generation private banks having wide branch network all over the country, we are immediately looking for fresh, smart, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking individuals to fulfill the growing need at entry level on full time basis under Direct employment with the Bank.

• Monthly salary during probationary period is Tk.75,000/- as per policy of the Bank. After confirmation monthly salary will be Tk.90,000/-

Major Competencies

• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali & English
• Capable to work under pressure
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Graduation in any Subject/Discipline with at least 01 (One) first class/division/equivalent and no third Class/Division/equivalent result in any level 

Service Conditions and Salary:

• After successful completion of one year probation period s/he will be absorbed as confirmed employee to respective job grade in the Bank 
• The successful candidate will have to execute an undertaking to the effect that s/he will serve the Bank for at least 05 (five) years from the date of confirmation 
• All other relevant terms and conditions will also be applicable as per Policy of the Bank
