National Sales Manager (Chief Operations Officer)

A leading importer of hardware, machinery, and tools in Bangladesh is seeking a bright and capable candidate to join their team as a  National Sales Manager (Cheif Operations Officer).It is a techno-commercial position . Applications from all over Bangladesh are welcome.

Job Station  : Dhaka

Operation Area  :  Whole Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification  :  Engineer (Preferably Mechanical from a reputed college) .                                      

Experiences :

1. Minimum 8 years to 10 years working experience as techno-commercial position.

2. Out of 10 years 2 to 3 years as national level manager. 

3. Should have sound knowledge of handling sales team and dealer. Clear idea on marketing and finance.

4. Excellent communication and reporting ability.

5. Experience on water pump will be an added advantage.

Reporting To  :  Managing Director

Office Days :  Six days a week.

·         Guide, control and motivate the sales team.

·         Need to monitor very closely at least ±20 key accounts (dealer) throughout the country.

·         Should spend ±70% (16 days at market 9 days at Head Office) time at market (nationally) for direct sales monitoring and development of sales force.

·         Plan and ensure after sales service throughout the country.

·         Extensive field visit to the prospective customer & consumer throughout the country.

·         Develop and update the dealers and sub-dealer’s network.

·         Monitor and update competitor’s activities

·         Keep close relationship with stake holders:

§   Building developers, Star Hotels, Industries

§   Government and non-government offices (LGED, PWD, REB, Universities, Garrison Engineers)

§   Plumbers & water pump installers.  Keep and update key plumber’s database regularly.

• Monthly Gross Tk. 100,000 (negotiable depending on candidates’ capability & qualification)
• Travel at actual, festival bonus & Sales incentive as per company policy.
