Executive - Sales & Marketing

We, E-Zone HRM Limited, are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, a renowned company that has ventured exclusively into catering to the growing Commercial and Hospitality industry of Bangladesh.They offering tailored solutions to meet the unique demands of this rapidly expanding industry. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote interior design services.
• Generate leads, meet clients, and convert prospects into projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare and execute promotional campaigns, presentations, and proposals.
• Consistently achieve targets and business growth objectives.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in interior design, architecture, or real estate industries).
• Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Must be dynamic, proactive, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
